Amazing waterfront property, great fishing, turtle & bird watching. The hosts Doug & Marcie welcomed us, gave us helpful tips and recommendations. The home is very well stocked & like the pictures. Cute decorating with lots of helpful things to make your trip easy. Kitchen is well supplied & organized. If you want a relaxing peaceful old Florida trip this is the place.

The space was small but efficient. It had all that is necessary to have a comfortable stay., It was clean , cute and well organized. Andrew was a very generous and responsive host. The backyard is private and so useful if traveling with a pup. It provided all we needed for a positive experience. Thank you!

Terri is an amazing host!! The home is very clean and welcoming! Great area for children and your fur babies. It had all updated appliances with an outside grill. Their were treats for us and our dog princess, when we arrived. The neighborhood is peaceful and everyone we met was friendly! At the end of our stay, our cars alternator when out and we were not able leave at the 11:00 am checkout time. Terri, was very accommodating and understanding. Even the cleaning staff was nice and helpful as my husband was outside fixing the car. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking to spend time in Gainesville.

Absolutely spotless. Great master bed and shower. Very nice coffee set up with sweetener and creamer. Plenty of pods to choose from. Wonderful snack basket. To top it off a golf cart is provided. Would definitely stay again.

Very responsive, spotless interior, ping pong and foosball table for entertainment. Close to our manatee excursion and plenty of restaurants with in a couple of miles. Only downside was no TV in the bedrooms.

This was our third stay on their property. It was our second stay at this particular one. It's always clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The property and area is beautiful and peaceful. Close to major city like Gainesville but far enough from the traffic and noise. The host is amazing. They leave fresh amazing eggs from their chickens and candy that we always enjoy! They also leave some sodas and other things there for enjoyment. Their showers have nice shampoos and water flow. I would highly recommend any of their places on this property! We plan to stay again. Thank you!

This is our third stay at the Mint House. Penny is a great host and if you are lucky, she will bake you excellent oatmeal raisin cookies! You even get dishes of Andes Candies to make your stay even better. It’s 8/10 mile from the house to the bike trail, which makes it even better. We rode 280 miles during our 8 rides. You are close to “downtown” and even a brewery that is only open on the weekends. Highly recommend this property if you are going to Inverness.

This is one of our favorite Airbnbs we’ve stayed in so far. It was very comfortable and clean, in a really nice and convenient area, and had everything we needed for a 5-day stay with our dogs.

We really enjoyed our stay- the kids and teens loved the canoes and kayaks as well as the ping pong table. The dock was a great place to relax! The buildings have some wear as described by the host but we were impressed with the cleanliness and we didn’t see even one bug inside, which was greatly appreciated. We would stay again!

This place was a gem!! We were so impressed with everything from the cute place we stayed to the hospitality of Abner and Cameron. We got to feed the animals, hold a goat and piglet that were days old, and snuggle with some cats on our porch. We went for a horse ride and had a fire. We also went to a cute little town and did some shopping and eating. Everything was perfect! We hope to return to the puzzle ranch! What a perfect getaway!

We were looking for a relaxing mini vacation and had a great time. We felt right at home and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets at night. Marjorie was a great host and her communication was top notch! The place was well kept and very clean. We are looking forward to a return visit.

I highly recommend Tyler’s place for a getaway. I went with my husband and friends and it was a dream! The place is great, absolutely beautiful backyard and Tyler was an amazing host. Always responded very quickly, super polite and helpful. We loved our stay!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. It was a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, just perfect for a short respite from life. My 17 year old and I got to spend some quality time together, something we don’t get to do often with so many distractions. The cabin had most of what we needed and anything else was available at the Dollar General store just 15 minutes away. The host was very friendly and responsive as well. Highly recommend!

The listing for this place was more than we had expected. The host had ample items in the kitchen for us to use to cook with. They have starter bathroom supplies to for those who travel from plane to use, other than toothbrush and paste. For those outdoor enthusiasts, they have floating devices to use and even some kayaks to take to their private park to launch into the rainbow river. They responded very quickly when we had a question. I tell you we felt very welcome and will try to return, but for a longer stay next time.

We have a wonderful time at Very Beary Cabin. My three grandsons had a blast and my 4 year old didn't want to leave. My 7 year old told me this was a memory he will keep in his heart forever and the 9 year old said he had a great time.We all really hated leaving this cabin it was absolutely perfect and we highly recommend it. We really enjoyed our stay. It was everything we hoped for. Cozy cabin getaway with all the essentials and more. The lake is absolutely beautiful. Kayaked a few times everyday. Our 4 year old Golden Retriever thoroughly enjoyed every inch of the yard and got a long with Tallie the very friendly cat who kept us company. Very peaceful getaway. Thank you so much for having us!

I believe this is our 7th year staying at the Coastal Cracker House. Great host and accommodations every year.

Very cute and comfortable house. We enjoyed the farmers market and long bike ride along the Withlacoochee Stste trail nearby. Great restaurants downtown.

Ryan was easy to reach and very responsive to any questions. His home was spotless and extremely well equipped. Our favorite room for relaxing was the lanai. It was well furnished and air conditioned which is unusual based on our past Air BnB rentals. The location is in close proximity to 3 pools,multiple golf courses and Sumter Landing square. Overall this was a great experience.

Home was modern and well maintained. Provided everything we needed to have a relaxing and enjoyable end to our busy vacation days.

Nice clean facility. Very close to many activities. Nice and quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Would stay there again.

Easy to communicate with. Comfy master bed *note Keurig only for coffee - which is no biggee, just need to buy cups not ground coffee (coffee is very important in my family!)

Wonderful with everything you need for a great, relaxing stay! Stephen was very responsive with any questions I had and the home was everything we needed. Definitely would consider staying here again!!!
