We really enjoyed our stay- the kids and teens loved the canoes and kayaks as well as the ping pong table. The dock was a great place to relax! The buildings have some wear as described by the host but we were impressed with the cleanliness and we didn’t see even one bug inside, which was greatly appreciated. We would stay again!

We stayed in the cabin at Puzzle Ranch for my birthday weekend. It was a wonderful experience. I loved having the cat around on the porch, also the farm animals were exciting to see. Abner gave us a horse ride for free for my birthday. The horses were calm and nice. We want to go back soon. And, next time enjoy the activity area, like the fire pit.

This place is absolutely beautiful and tranquil! The posted pictures don't do it justice- Reality Check is so much better in person! The hosts really have thought of everthing! We stayed for my sons annual "camping" birthday. The cabin is so well done and we felt right at home. We all had so much fun with the horseshoes and darts! We loved the swings, the pole barn and sitting on the dock to enjoy our surroundings. Having a campfire everyday was awesome! (Keep an ear out for the owls! We heard hooting every night in the Banyan tree) We also used the fireplace inside as it was colder than usual for FL! The cabin is clean and well stocked. The kitchen/dining table was large enough for the six of us to comfortably have our meals together. There really was more than enough room for all of us! Getting to the Springs to kayak and hike was easy and not too far. Marjorie was so very nice and easy to communicate with! We truly loved our stay and hope to be back again! Perfect place and host!

I highly recommend Tyler’s place for a getaway. I went with my husband and friends and it was a dream! The place is great, absolutely beautiful backyard and Tyler was an amazing host. Always responded very quickly, super polite and helpful. We loved our stay!

Location was perfect! Peaceful And quiet like I needed. Wildlife was great to watch. Boat was fun! Within an hour to most places I visited. Very clean and the fireplace was put to great use as we had some cold nights. Highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay, getting a chance to use the golf cart and kayaks. The private park is really nice and Rainbow River is quite beautiful. The hosts are very responsive, pretty much always answering questions within a few minutes, and willing to go the extra mile for you. While the house is an older mobile home, there have clearly been furniture and appliance updates that the hosts continue to make, so most should feel perfectly comfortable staying here. For future guests that want to use the kayaks, don't miss the seats you can install like we did at first.

We really enjoyed our stay. This was a visit to enjoy a belated Christmas celebration with our daughter and her family. Nancy provided extensive communication, and offered ideas about activities and restaurants to visit. The outdoor amenities were wonderful. We visited when it was too cold for enjoying the swimming beach, but we did have a fire in the beachfront firepit. The dock was a favorite place to enjoy the sunshine, to watch the sandhill cranes nesting, and to feed the fish. Our birdwatcher daughter particularly loved sitting on the back deck and feeding the birds and squirrels. We also made use of the lakeside picnic table and our teenage granddaughters even tried out the swings. We love cooking together, and were able to find pretty much everything we needed to create delicious meals. We also played games at the large dining table. The space was comfortable, and suited our needs for a family get-together.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was everything we hoped for. Cozy cabin getaway with all the essentials and more. The lake is absolutely beautiful. Kayaked a few times everyday. Our 4 year old Golden Retriever thoroughly enjoyed every inch of the yard and got a long with Tallie the very friendly cat who kept us company. Very peaceful getaway. Thank you so much for having us!

I believe this is our 7th year staying at the Coastal Cracker House. Great host and accommodations every year.

Great place to stay, especially if you’re in town for an event at UF. We came in town for the LSU Florida game and it was super convenient for a game day weekend. Just a short uber ride into the stadium. Lots of restaurants around as well. The home was spacious and would easily accommodate a good size group. The hosts were even so nice as to bring us a bottle of wine before our late arrival. We would definitely stay again!

Patrick's place was very nice. It was clean and check in was easy. Patrick does communicate via text instead of in the airbnb app but is very responsive.

Ryan was easy to reach and very responsive to any questions. His home was spotless and extremely well equipped. Our favorite room for relaxing was the lanai. It was well furnished and air conditioned which is unusual based on our past Air BnB rentals. The location is in close proximity to 3 pools,multiple golf courses and Sumter Landing square. Overall this was a great experience.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Sarah’s place while visiting my grandmother nearby! We had the best time! Super clean and everything was clearly recently updated! Communication with the host was great! We took advantage of the golf cart garage- which made it so easy and fun to get around! We definitely will stay here again!

Perfect for a quick visit to see my parents. Would stay again for sure.

Great Airbnb for kids who want their own pool. Adults too but the pool is small but so warm during colder weather. My family loved it plus comes with golf cart two seater. Super close to Brownwood Town Square live entertainment restaurants and shops. Their was oil garlic powder and lots of salt and pepper.

This place is great and so cute! Gary and his wife did a nice job of offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. The front porch is perfect for relaxing outside in the beautiful Florida weather. The golf cart is a Great amenity. The guidebook in the villa was great, thank you for taking the time to make recommendations on area restaurants and things to do. We will be back when we can relax, rather than work and enjoy those pool passes! :) Thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay at the lake. This has been our practice for the last 6 years to go to the lake after the holiday rush. The cabin was lovely, clean, well stocked and we enjoyed sitting on the porch looking at the lake

This was our 2nd stay and it was, again, clean and spacious and perfectly located for our time with family. It is convenient to grocery stores and restaurants and our kids loved the pool. We enjoyed sunrises over the lake from the swings by the camp store and also played horse shoes one afternoon. The beds are comfortable, the shower has great water pressure, and the kitchen is serviceable. We also used the gas grill and Florida room.

The house was beautiful and Chris was very kind and let us check in a bit early. Lots of linens if needed and even pool towels. Beds were a bit firm but so many details were thought out and it felt like home.

This place is incredible! From the minute you walk in the views are breathtaking! All the amenities needed to basically….never leave :) Being on the lake was very peaceful and you felt right at home. The bed was very comfortable and sheets super soft. Lots of extras provided to make your stay extremely enjoyable. We loved the space and chilly nights with a bonfire on the beach. We took the boat and my husband caught a lot of fish too. A lot of upgrades and care have been invested in this property as well. We can’t wait to go back and stay again. Great deli around the corner and love Eaton’s Beach restaurant. Trust me when I tell you look no further….you have arrived! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved staying in Kathleen's house. We had plenty of room and everything we needed for our stay. The house and yard were very spacious, and our dog enjoyed the yard. Unfortunately, our dog wouldn't ride in the golf cart, but we enjoyed walking the golf trails and exploring the village. We definitely plan another visit in the future.

The house was very nice and we had a nice stay. Sadly we were in Ocala for my Mothers funeral however every time we returned to the AirBNB we felt like we were coming home instead of just an old hotel. The rooms were spacious and we felt comfortable. This host is great. I have two criticisms for you to look at and I never complained to our host and I’m still not but the floors were kind of dirty and dusty when we got there and I don’t think the hot water heater is on the right setting. It was hard to get hot water in the showers and also the kitchen sink is backwards as far as the cold and hot….thats totally it. The house is really nice and there wasn’t anything missing that we needed as far as kitchen, laundry, or bathroom necessities. Thank you!!!

Unfortunately we could only stay 1 night. The apartment was extremely clean and was very lovingly furnished and decorated, it's cozy and comfortable. It had all the amenities and everything you need, both in the kitchen and in the bathroom, would have liked to stay longer. The comunication with Michelle was great and we could even checkin earlier. We booked at short notice, only 1 day in advance, but everything worked out great and quickly. If we are in the region again, we will definitely book with Michelle again.
